Effective 2026-07-29. These terms govern your use of cleraeoai.com and the ClerAEO AI product operated by ClerAEO AI. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

ClerAEO AI monitors how AI answer engines describe and rank brands, generates recommendations, and measures change over time. Coverage, sampling cadence and features are as described on this site at the time you use them and may evolve.

Important limits - read this one

• Scan results reflect what AI models said when we asked. Model outputs vary between runs, regions and model versions; a score is a sampled estimate, not a guarantee of what any user sees.
• Citations we report are model-recalled: they are the sources a model names when answering, which is not always the same as the pages it browsed.
• We measure movement after changes you ship, but we do not guarantee any particular visibility outcome. Nobody honestly can.

Your responsibilities

• Only scan brands and domains you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Don’t abuse the service: no scraping it, reselling it without an agency agreement, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate law.

Your data

You own your workspace data. We use it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.

Fees

Paid plans are quoted individually and invoiced as agreed in your order. The free scan is free, with no obligation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClerAEO AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
